humble beginnings

Sturgiss Janitorial was founded in August 2008 by owners Jeff and Robin Sturgiss. When our journey began with just a handful of accounts, we took extra care to ensure we always provided above-and-beyond service to our clients. As a result of our sincere dedication and refusal to cut corners, Sturgiss Janitorial grew to employ 30 employees which now service over 70 accounts. Despite our growth, our uncompromising commitment to our clients remains the same. Unsurprisingly, we are proud to say that as a result of our dedication to providing a great experience with every cleaning service, over 80% of new business has come through word of mouth from satisfied clients.

jeff & Robin sturgiSS


Jeff Sturgiss has over 20 years of experience in the commercial cleaning industry. He’s spent the past two decades working directly with clients as well as as managing various cleaning companies including Sturgiss Janitorial. Jeff now oversees sales/operations, while Robin oversees the company’s payroll. 

When not managing Sturgiss Janitorial, Jeff and Robin enjoy traveling and are happiest when they are spending time together.


brian holloway


Brian Holloway has 20 years of commercial cleaning experience. He started his career with Sturgiss eight years ago as a cleaner. After a few years, his dedication to helping the company grow became evident and he was promoted to supervisor. After continuing to live the company values of leadership, dedication, and accountability, he was ultimately promoted to President of Operations.

In his free time, Brian enjoys spending time with his family making new memories.
